League Overview

The Fluffy White Bichons (FWB) is Denver, Colorado’s premier all-ages soccer organization. Founded on the belief that a club can be both fiercely competitive on the pitch and incredibly welcoming off it, we serve over 1,500 players across the Front Range. From our toddler programs to our elite adult competitive squads, we provide a complete developmental pathway. We aren't just a club; we are a pack.

History

In 2018, a group of lifelong Denver soccer players and coaches set out to start a new club. During a backyard brainstorming session, the founders' fiercely territorial, surprisingly athletic white Bichon Frise, "Buster," chased a stray soccer ball down and refused to give it up.

What started as a joke—"Let’s just call ourselves the Fluffy White Bichons"—turned into a dare, which turned into a philosophy. We realized the Bichon was the perfect mascot: deceptively agile, surprisingly fast, and fiercely loyal to the pack. We officially launched that fall with just two youth teams. Today, the Fluffy White Bichons are one of Denver’s fastest-growing clubs, known across the state for a style of play that is as relentless as it is technical.

Mission

To deliver elite soccer development and cultivation of character for players of all ages and backgrounds in the Denver community. We combine top-tier, professional coaching with an inclusive culture, proving that elite athleticism and a joyful community spirit belong on the same pitch.
